Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such reviews.
5.5 Funds in your Player Account do not accrue interest. pen777 holds player funds in accounts segregated from its operating funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pen777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pen777's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
